New Markets Tax Credit Investments
Utilizing new markets tax credits, CCG Community Partners, LLC, an affiliate of CityScape Capital Group, offers investment capital to owners of businesses and commercial properties located within qualified low-income communities. The majority of CCG Community Partners' activities (98%) is targeted to providing equity in and/or loans to Qualified Low-Income Community Businesses for purposes of developing and rehabilitating commercial real estate.
