After being selected through a nationally advertised Request For Proposal, CCG principals served as the exclusive financial advisor to the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority and closed the partnership for the $105 million rehabilitation of the Historic Boardwalk Convention Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The transaction relied on a sophisticated and complex deal structure involving a state agency, municipal ownership, and multi-tiered long-term lease issues. As a special events center and sports arena, the 7-acre historic structure serves as the host to the Miss America Pageant, boxing events, minor league hockey, concerts and family shows.
