CCG principals served as the exclusive financial advisor to the developer and closed the partnership for the $14 million rehabilitation of the former Pine State Creamery in Raleigh, North Carolina, now known as the Creamery. The Art Deco-style Creamery is a mixed-use complex offering restaurant, retail, office and residential housing uses.
