CCG principals served as the exclusive financial advisor to the developer and closed the partnership for the $13 million rehabilitation of the Titche-Goettinger department store building in Dallas, Texas, now known as 1900 Elm. This Italian Renaissance-style building, located in the heart of the Dallas central business district, offers 129 loft-style residential apartments with an expansive first floor retail concourse and underground parking.
